They've been with me every step of the way with organising mums funeral.
When i've wanted to view mum in chapel of rest, the staff always find the time to make this happen.
First we had Chris then we had Jack, both who are very caring & passionate about their job.
I do hope in future more families will find comfort in this company🕊️❤️
Adele the bearers and the driver were all very lovely too in their roles.
They all wore blue ties /cravats for Billy, his favourite colour was blue and it had nothing to do with football!
We had a beautiful picture coffin, which everyone agreed was so much nicer than a traditional one.
The flowers were beautifully done too!
Only one fault, which never detracted in anyway whatsoever from how wonderful the funeral was, was the date on the order of service was for 7 days after! But just check the date to be sure!! No one noticed until after it was over (Adele did notice during the service) It wasn't a problem for us. Everyone who needed to be there was there so all good!
We were all very happy with all the team did for us.
