The horses looked amazing and the crew were absolutely fantastic, and very professional.
From the moment my mum was in their care at the heart of England she was treated with the most respect and was made to look just how she would of liked.
The help and guidance we have been given as a family has got us through such a tragic time, and helped arrange what was a beautiful send off.

At such a sad time and with what seems, so very little time to arrange the final farewell for a loved one is one of the hardest things to ever deal with. Georgette helped with every aspect of the day and I'm pleased to say, my mum had the best send off that she deserved.

Georgette went out of her way to advise and help create the most perfect and memorable service. Although she had been transferred to Coventry, Georgette made a special effort to make sure the day ran smoothly. she guided us through a very upsetting time, even introducing us to the drivers who were also excellent and professional.We were also so impressed with the flowers that were organised by Georgette.
The whole day, although sad, was very memorable due to the care of all the staff concerned. I would strongly recommend Hear of England Co-op funerals to anybody.
