    No hidden costs

    No hidden costs

Unlike some providers, we cover all third-party costs – not just the funeral director’s fees.

Once we’ve agreed a complete fee with you, that’s the amount you’ll pay for the options you have selected, as long as we carry out your funeral and your requirements don’t change. If any third-party fees included in your plan – from transport to flowers – change, or the costs increase over time for whatever reason, you’ll pay nothing extra. Your fee is your final price, not a contribution towards it. That’s the Co-op difference.

    Your money is safe

    How your money is held

Your pre-payment amount is held in a specifically-designed ‘whole of life’ policies with Royal London Mutual, who are a large mutual insurer in the UK.

Funeral Funds can only be accessed by us upon your death in order to provide for the funeral, or if the plan is cancelled.

We’ll deliver your chosen plan regardless of future price increases. That’s our guarantee.

    Why choose a pre-paid plan?

Our Pre-Paid funeral plans protect you from future price inflation.

At Heart of England Co-op Funerals, we’ll guide you through the options so you pay only what you should.

You can fix your price now, and pay less than you might later. Our plans also allow your loved ones to arrange and pay for additional services and requests when the time comes.

“Wonderful, caring people. Everyone was polite, respectful and very helpful. The staff helped us through what my aunt had requested, and we found the entire process much easier due to their thoughtfulness.”

    Mrs Scott
