    What a wonderful experience at such a difficult time. Jenni was supportive, calming, answered all our questions with sensitivity and clarity . On the day of the funeral. Jenni and both Dean’s were very calming and we felt as if the day was going to be so well organised, and everything was going to go smoothly. Thank also to all the staff who we spoke to on the phone and all the people behind the scenes who we never met, thank you to everyone who touched our lives xx

    Thank you to Paula and all the staff at the Lower Holyhead Road branch for their professional and compassionate service. The way they dealt with the funeral of my late brother, Barry, was exceptional. They made a very difficult and sad day a little easier to bear with their attention to detail every step of the way.     Following our recent loss of my beloved husband at a young age, the first company that came to mind was the co-op. My initial phone call was answered by Elizabeth and I'm so glad that it was. She looked after us so well and on the day of the funeral, her knowledge and experience enabled her to support the whole family especially my young daughters aged 9 and 6. Little things she did made such a difference with them and really helped them through the day. I would highly recommend them and especially Elizabeth.
